One day, I had the idea of creating a card game with 3 other artists. Every house was designed by another artist. The theme of the collaboration was "Folklore creatures from your own country" - we had a british artist, a polish artist, a canadian artist and me, the german artist. It was a lot of fun and I still LOVE the outcome. I sold them on small conventions and people loved them! The mentioned artists are on instagram, if you wanna check them out @poopikat @natasha_illustrates and @saoirselouscribbles
I am journaling with aquarellics. Not something I would do every day, but every now and then I capture a moment of my life and it has become the most beautiful journaling experience I have ever started. I remember every second of me drawing this and my thoughts during these moments.
One of my personal favourite artworks, drawn digitally using Photoshop. it started out with me simply wanting to learn about subsurface scattering. That is the way the sunlight illuminates translucent objects. The light scatters and creates this glowing effect on leafs and grapes in this example. So I added a little frog, who kinda resembles a grape and is strangely attracted to these other grapes, confusing them with other frogs.
